Grassroots Pantry has now evolved into the Grassroots Initiatives
Our group is made up of Nectar, an integrative dining restaurant, and Pollen Lab, our R&D space and educational platform. By the Fall of 2019, we will also launch a much-anticipated consultancy arm. Founder & Executive Chef Peggy Chan has been at the forefront of the sustainable food service movement in Asia. It is now time we share the knowledge we have gained in a structured and impactful way.
